Games open in a non-primary monitor?

What I want to do is make games open in my secondary monitor
automatically. If I open a regular program, move it to the secondary
monitor, and close it it will open that program again in the secondary
monitor. But most if not all of my games do not first run windowed
mode, and some I cannot even change to windowed mode to move them. The
reason I want games on my secondary monitor is because my primary
monitor is an 18" LCD/TFT flat screen that ghosts and streaks when I
play games. I want the LCD as my primary because it is good with word
processing, internet, and video. My secondary is a 22" CRT, great for
games. Thanks!

Stick with the basics. The games will ONLY play on the "primary monitor"
, and the stuff that you want on the LCD is capable of being placed on
the Secondary. SWITCH THE MONITORS!
