Whenever I play games on my computer which is running windows xp sp2 it keeps
flicking back to windows from the game without any reason? Any ideas on how
to stop this as it is very annoying....!!!

Hi

You may like to try one of the Games News Groups:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.games or
http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

Failing that you could try the web site for the game. There may be a forum
or some kind of support available there.

Sounds like there could be some background program capturing focus, causing
the game window to minimise.

Do you have MSN or similar, or are you accidentally pushing the Windows key
(it happens:-))

Best not to post a new question as a reply to another person's thread.
Create a new post and provide relevant information about the problem. See
this link:

Making Good Newsgroup Posts

Second please don't post in all caps. It's considered to be shouting and
rude. Use normal upper/lower case.

Lastly you might want to post to the games newsgroup:
microsoft.public.windowsxp.games
