game Uru Ages Beyond Myst crashes

when i go to play the game i am told "there was an error
intializing the Video Card. Try lowering your Graphics
Setting". I am on a Compaq computer that is aprox. 2yrs.
old. which uses Windows XP. HELP!!!!! i do not know to
much on computers and would really appreciate the help.
is there something that needs to be updated via
downloading. or is there something i need to reset
etc.... Thank-you for your time.

Hi Barb,

I gave you instructions on how to update your video card
drivers in the other post you made. Be sure that your card
meets the minimum requirement of the game as well. You
will see your cards specifications in the dxdiag steps.
