Whenever i try and play any online games, first the servers wont show up.
Then the game wont connect unless I minimize it (which isnt alot of help) and
then if i maximize it i get connection interrupted signs. The games im trying
to run are Medal of Honour Allied Assault, Battlefield 1942 and Call of duty.
I also get the wrong IP address occassionally is this to do with it?
i have a 750kb connection,
D-link xtreme G router and all my computers have xtreme G adapters,
and Windows XP SP2

Hi Jack,

If you bypass the router and connect directly to the DSL modem,
do you still experience the same disconnect issues?

Hi Jack,

You'll need to call the support of the company that configured
your TV <> Internet Set Top Box with wireless access points.

Call the tech support for that unit, and ask them to either setup a "DMZ"
(De-Militarized Zone which means the firewall is disabled) to bypass the
built-in firewall, or open the necessary ports in the equipment with you.

Here's the List of all Ports used by Zone
and DX Games: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits/PortRoute.html#ports
(See your router's manual or that website for self help instructions)
