GAL and Outlook 2007

Hi,
I install exchange 2007. From a Outlook 2007 client a user can see and use
the GAL but some users can't see all the users of the GAL... very strange.
Permissions are the default per every user.. any helps?

Are the clients in cache mode? If they are using the offline address
book, they may simply need to download the latest updated version.
 
No cache mode!!

i'm having the same problem, but with outlook 2003 clients without cache
mode.
i don't even know what the OAB is for so probably isn't being used at all.
how can i push an update of the gal?
 
The gal ( The Global Address List ) that Outlook Cached Mode clients
downloads is updated every morning at 5am unless you change the schedule to
some other time better suited for your org. All new users will get added to
it when the RUS stamps the objects and then when it is rebuilt the objects
are put in the oab files which are posted to the public folder store for
your clients to download.
