Gaining access into MY MUSIC, MY PICTURES

I am trying to get into these two folders and i am the only user on my
computer and my access is denied. How do I get rid of this so i can get into
these two folders

Hi JAMES,
Try to take the ownership of these folder to gain access to them and be able
to open them:
