Gadwin printscreen 3.1

Hi All
Have been using Gadwin print screen 3.1 freeware without any problem, now
all of a sudden I am unable to print the full screen on one sheet of paper
whereas I was able to do so previously. Have uninstalled/reinstalled but no
change. Fullscreen feature is enabled. Thanks for any helpful response.
