FYI : Windows Defender

is that a new defender version just curious as my defender says there is no
updates
 
Windows Defender Version 1.1.1593.0
Engine Version 1.1.2503.0
Definition Version 1.18.2549.5

Not really sure what has changed. Maybe others can provide some insight.

You are correct Bob. There is a later definition update that gets installed.
