Fuzzy Images... Please help!!!

I just got a new laptop from Dell. When I access the internet, the images
appear to be out of focus and very blurry. However, when I use the internet
using my AOL, the pictures appear crystal clear. Anybody know how to remedy

Sorry, forgot to mention that I used Internet Explorer v6.0 when I see the
fuzzy images.
