Funny thing happened today on my Dell laptop!!

Hello,

Something funny happened to my laptop today as I was trying to post a
message. My keys froze and I couldn't enter any characters in my email
or any other documents such as word, excel etc. I tried everything on
the keyboard by pressing FN key plus ScrollLK or FN+BREAK etc etc but to
no avail.

Eventually, I shut down the system and re-started after about 15
minutes and everything now seems to be working. This implies that
there must be a lock somewhere. Does anyone know anything about this?
If so, could you share your expertise with me please.

The problem of keys locking up is that you can't login as administrator
because you can't enter the password!. Hence, nothing can be done!!!
