"Fummie" downloads found to have Virus and Spyware...

Brainbuster

I have just downloaded some files from a site mentioned in
"alt.comp.freeware" some time back (fummie31)...

One of my A-V packages (not a free one) found "Clickomania" to have the
"Magistr.dam" virus. Although this virus is a couple of years old, AVG
failed to report it even when scanning the particular file.
Some other "zip" files were reported as "corrupted" by my Zip software.

My firewall blocked repeated attempts to connect to the Internet from "Elf
bowling 2", although there seems to be no valid reason to connect and no
warning or request. Maybe just "Spyware"... maybe something even more
sinister.

A copy of this has also been sent to the addy given by "Fummie", as he may
wish to check this out, and scan all the files available on his site...
including, I believe, "mailwasher".
