Full year --- MM/dd/yyyy format

Short Date Style M/d/yy

My Regional Settings in control panel is set up to Short
Date Style --- M/d/yy

I would like to change 1 text box on a Form to the full
year --- MM/dd/yyyy format
How is being done.

Open the form in design view.

Right-click the text box, and choose Properties.

On the Format tab of the Properties box, set the Format property of that
text box to:
MM/dd/yyyy
