Full Screen Display with Inline frame?

Is there a way for me to create a web page using FP 2002 that will display
the content of my page all the way to the top of the navigator window, if I
use an inline frame to display the bulk of my page content?
I do not want the navigator to put a scroll bar on the side of the window
when my page is viewed...

An Inline frame will use scrollbars if the content is larger (longer) than
the viewing space available, as will any browser, if the content is longer
than the viewing space of the browser.

Inline frames weren't supported in FP2002.

If the above doesn't help it is is because I'm not sure I really understand
your question

I am trying to emulate the look of the following web page:
http://stamfordgrand.com/
My version of FP2002 offers an inline frame option...
I have created the page look that I want, but have not been able to get it
to display on my web browser so that there is no white space at the top of
the browser's viewing area...
Can I create a page using FP2002 that works similar to the one cited?
Thanks for your attention.

The site that you indicated below is using a standard frameset, not an inline frame.

Before you decide to actually use frame, try bookmark a individual page in the site.
