Full Screen Display..Flutters

I would appreciate if anybody can help me out on this !!!

I have done with a movie came out excellent. Nevertheless when I am viewing
in the full screen the picture flutters a more. I applied the video effects
and transations.

It's hard to say with the small amount of information to go on, but I'd say
it might be that teh movie is only small in physical size, say 320x240 and
when you enlarge it to full screen it distorts it?
