Full install to an anytime upgraded key

I recently got a copy of Vista Business through a promotional deal. In the
package they have a deal for upgrading to Ultimate Edition using the Anytime
upgrade. It says they send you a new key for the new edition and that the
anytime ugprade disc has all of the installation files required for all of
the windows editions. I haven't installed Vista yet. If I purchase this
upgrade will I be able to install straight to Ultimate, without first
installing Vista as Business then performing the upgrade? The website is not
real clear on reinstalls, since they are marketting it as an upgrade.

You would need to install your Windows Vista Business Edition
before you'll be able to upgrade to Windows Vista Ultimate using
the "anytime upgrade" offer.
