Fuel and Mileage Tracker

I need some help creating a fuel and mileage tracker. I have over 300
vehicles to keep track of. I am using access 2007. Can anyone help?

The ?fields? you listed don't tell us very much about the kind of data you
are trying to store in them.

If your "CA", "NV", and "AZ" entries are fields, and they are actually state
abbreviations, your database/table design needs a bit more work. Using
fieldnames to store category data may be necessary in a spreadsheet, but you
won't get the best of Access' features/functions if you feed it 'sheet data.

Feel free to post back with a bit more explanation...
