FTP 'SUnique' command?

I've heard about the FTP SUNIQUE command. But when I enter it in my FTP
script file it tells me 'Invalid command'. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.

The FTP server must support the SUNIQUE command and that is not
guaranteed. Also the admin could have disabled the command.
