FTP permissions

I want to setup my company's FTP site so that when a user creates a
folder or moves a document onto the FTP site, that user has permissions
to delete it. I don't want every user to have full permissions to
every folder, only the ones they create, but I do want every user to
have read permissions to every folder.

Any ideas?

FTP doesn't have its own permissions,...it simply uses the NTFS Permisisons.
So treat it the same way you would if you were only dealing with "shares" on
the LAN.
