FTP issue with Internet Explorer

I'm running XP Pro SP2 with all the current updates, but when I try to access
an FTP site using IE, the folder list never displays. If I use an FTP app
like Total Commander, the folders popup without any problem. Is there a
setting with Windows or IE to resolve this?

Try tools, options, advanced, and changing the setting for PASV or
Passive...
