FTP from within Access

I am trying to develop an application which will
automatically ftp a file to a server.

Is this possible from within Access, or do I have to
create a batch file and execute it from DOS ?

For security reasons, I would like to have it done from
within Access, as the DOS file needs to display the ftp
user account details.
