Is it possible to setup an FTP query, for external data?
I have information on a FTP server, that I need to log in to t
download teh file, passive mode, tcp 21 the whole shooting match.
Can I setup a permanent query that will automaticall logon in th
proper mode? and can I set that up with a vba macro?

It can be done.
But maybe a VB or C++ dll, called from Excel, would be better.
