ftp:directory security

Hi

i have installed ftp in my windows xp and i would like to restrict based on ip address , so when i select and
Default ftp site right click properties and select directory security tab >>TCP/Ip restriction access is not enabled
do u guys know what is the reason and how to enable thi

That is only an enabled feature in server versions.
