ftp and photos

If I use ftp to upload to my host will it upload JPEG etc.? I am not using
photo gallery, but do include images on some pages. Should I save photos to
images folder? There may already be images folder on the site.

Hello,

FTP will upload any extensions including JPEG.

The only exception is that if your host forbids certain extensions, eg MP3,
WMA, etc, in which case the FTP server will reject automatically

You do not need to put the images in the images folder, but it is
recommended so that your files are organized.
