I have a new mother board 925XBC,with a 560 LGA775 Processor 4 gig of ram and
two seagate 7200 SATA hard drives. Now the problem! I have tried every
configuration I can come up with and still cant get windows XP pro (brand
new) to find the hard drives in a sata configuration. If I set the legacy it
will find one drive and load xp on it and now I have "C" and "D" drives I
have tried RAID0 and RAID1 configs, set the legacy to all the differnt
settings
Help I have run out of options

To install the Sata drivers boot from the cd and when it says press f6 to
install 3rd party raid or scsi do so.
Then insert your drivers disk.(must be on a floppy) and let then install.

Sorry forgot to mention been there done that also!! and tried different raid
disks just to be sure one wasnt broken. and also tried the F5 and changeing
different setups there also as I said I am frustrated It will load xp on one
of the disk or the other but when I set the bios to run sata it give me there
message cant find hard drives thanks for your help

Yet another reason to have 1.44s in ANY system.
