frsk.exe error message

On startup I get the following message: "frsk.exe Unable
to locate component. This application has failed to
start because MFC70.dll was not found. Reinstalling the
application may fix this." Any suggestions?

spyware or adware whatever ya wanna call it. run spybot
from safer-networking.org and update and scan on easy and
remove spywares. also keeps backups in case spyware
dependent program no longer works.
