frozen mouse and keyboard

Can someone tell me why my mouse and keyboard are all
frozen on monitors that are networked together and yet it
works okay when I move the computer to another NON
networked area? This is strange or is it normal.

This isn't enough information about your setup or problem to get a
specific answer. Perhaps the network is infected with a virus or worm.
Perhaps you are trying to connect to a domain with an improperly
configured machine. What do you mean "monitors all networked together"?
Do you have multiple monitors? Please post back with a better
explanation of your setup and problem.
