98 ???

If you have a new computer, nows a good time to upgrade and buy FP2003.

Dunno where you can download any of the FP's. Try Ebay maybe you can find a copy cheap...but 98...why?
 
You can't. It is no longer made or supported. You might find a copy on
ebay.
Better yet, buy the latest FP version, 2003.

What OS does your new machine have? You're prbably gonna only be able to work with disc-based webs on your local machine with FP98.
