FrontPage2003 Themes fail

After many hours of work, Design view no longer shows Themes, and Pics are
now place holders. Sometimes they are visible in preview.
When reapplying the theme, all disappears, and any other web I open, no
longer displays, or ill accept a theme.
Help....?

Not clear to anyone what you have done
Have you tried the usual repairs in the sequence below:
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
- in FP 2003 you need to look in the super hidden folder
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
3) Run a Repair on IE
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
4) Install all Service Packs for your OS, IE, MS Office and your Video card
(Windows Update and Office Update sites, plus your video card supplier site)
5) Open FP and Disable or Uninstall any FP Addins,
6) Open your FP Web/Site and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

Thanks for all that... but...
I have cloned the hard disk and and am keeping one as a master - I have
cleared all temp files, and caches, and have run the repair tools. One other
thing I noticed, was that this ALL went wrong after a CRASH error (reported)
that happened when I attempted to change a Font size in a Style sheet.
Identical error if I attempted to change the Font size in Themes/Customize.

The Theme appears to have applied, But is not visible in Design View and the
images are placeholders. Using TLB structure, and the Linked Bars will not
display, even when the theme is applied... however, I can get Text Link Bars
to show, (but nothing like the Theme text.
Really frustrating.
Shutdown and restart has happened nay time, and there is no difference.

Then it is either a corrupt Font or IE / Graphic driver issue
- see my other response to your other thread
If you really did steps 3-5, check that you have the latest directX and graphics driver for your system
