Frontpage will not stay set as the default HTML editor

Erverytime I open Frontpage (2003) the computer asks me
if I want to set it as te deefault editor. Although I
click yes, it does not set, instead, Notepad stays set as
the default editor. Does anyone know how to fix this? I
am running Office Xp (except for Frontpage which is 2003)
Windows Xp Media Center Edition.

Set it in Internet Explorer, Tools > Options > Programs
