Is it possible for my clients to log in and update their own pages on my
site, hoe do I do this,

Yes. They would have to buy a copy of FrontPage and you would have to give
them un/pw to login.

.....then you'd have to be prepared to fix what the muck up!

or...You may want to look into a content management system like ContentSeed,
maybe that will work for you.
