OK, I really need some help... If you go to this page ->
http://www.mediclik.com you will see the EKG theme. This is the way it is
SUPPOSED to look. It was originally created with FrontPage 2002, and that is
also my current version as well. Problem is, I recently switched hosting
from SBC to DSLExtreme. Now it seems that every time I touch even one page
with FrontPage, it strips the theme off, resulting in this ->
http://www.mediclik.com/index.htm . I have tried everything to figure this
out and am stumped. I have also tried this both by opening a local copy on
my hard drive, as well as opening it live (file -> open web). Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

If you type in http://www.medclick.com/index.html, the page is correct.
Therefore, it appears your hosting service requires index.html instead of
index.htm as the default home page.

Either rename your default page or ask the hosting service to include
index.htm as a default on the server.

How did you move the site from SBC to DSLExtreme?

When you edit a page locally, make sure you always have a web open and not just a page.

nonono - Here... maybe this will be more clear...
http://www.mediclik.com/goodcopy.htm is the way that it was originally
created with frontpage. Theme in tact. Now, when I open the page to edit it
in frontpage, it strips off the theme resulting in a page that looks like
this - http://www.mediclik.com/afterfrontpage.htm . And when I say "open it
with frontpage" I mean opening the site live. Like as in file -> open web.
( but I have also tried downloading a copy to my hard drive and opening it
that way... I get the same results -)

http://www.mediclik.com/goodcopy.htm is a 404.

Your page at http://www.mediclik.com/afterfrontpage.htm
is using the theme named new in _themes/new/new1111.css, not the ekg-stretched theme

FP 2003 uses different theme folders
- you need to copy your old theme to the new FP 2003 theme folder and apply it to all pages
