Frontpage Server Extension 2002

I am running Windows 2003 Server.
I have added the extensions per Microsoft doc 825513.
When I click on extend next to the virtual server I get an
error message on the next screen that reads:
-The server administration programs and the server
extensions on the web server are not compatible. The
administration program is too old to use with this server.-

These extensions were added from the original install disk
for W2003.

Try this: Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Microsoft
SharePoint Administrator

It brings up a web based FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 Server
Administration page.

I was actually in the Web Admin Client when I got the
error. I will review the Documents you supplied.
