FrontPage Save Results Component

I use the normal FrontPage upload, not FTP.
I answered 'do not remove' to all _vti files which are on the server
but not on my system (advice of ISP, to avoid overwriting the frontpage
extensions)

Extra info:
I used the normal frontpage upload (no FTP) and answered 'no' to all
'remove' questions related to _vti files on the server which are not on
my PC, to avoid removing the installed Frontpage extensions (as I was
told by the ISP).

You should never receive a prompt regarding the _vti folder during publishing as they are never
published between location.

You site appears to have the FP 2002 SE
- get your host to check server health and run a recalc of the FP SE (or reinstall the FP SE)
- or try opening your online site in FP and using Tools Server Admin to do the same, then try resaving you form page and testing in
File preview in Browser

PS
- if your host does not have Email Transport enabled, or does not allow the server to send mail to accounts outside of the server,
your form will not work send it to a gmail account
