FrontPage 'Publish Web' option ghosted

I'm trying to publich my webpages, but FrontPage wont allow me to use the
'Publish Web' option. The option on both the tool bar and in the menu is
ghosted. Please, please help!

You must have a web open, not just a page, to use the Publish feature.
