I have office 2000. Ive created my first webpage with
Frontpage and am ready to publish it to a web hosting
company. However, in the frontpage file menu, "publish
Web" is not highlighted. In other words that option is not
available on my computer.

Any ideas how I can get this option?
 
You must have a web open first, File Menu | Open Web, not just a page.
