Frontpage: My linked page shows up in preview, but not on the web.

I recently started updating a website that already exsisted and this is all a
bit new to me as I have only had minor tutoring with Frontpage. Anyway, I
added a new page and created a link to it. The link works to the new page on
the navigation bar when I am in Preview, but not when I try it on the web.
What am I doing wrong?

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy a book or take
a class. As for book, I would suggest "Microsoft Front
Page 200x Inside Out" by Jim Buyens.
