FrontPage is making me nuts!

I created a Word 2000 document for FrontPage 2002 and imported it. It looked
fine when I opened it in FrontPage, but turned to crud when I clicked on it
in the Preview Browser. This document has columns and pictures. I then
decided to save it as an HTML file, thinking FrontPage would like this
better. Again, it looked fine in FrontPage but went to crud when I attempted
to view it on the Web. How can I get this thing to publish correctly??

Best to convert to a PDF document if you want to maintain document layout and just link to it.
