Frontpage is cut off in all browers

Hello,
My work website is saved correctly in Frontpage and shows properly in the
preview, but when it is published, the bottom portion of the page is cut off
in both IE and Firefox. Nothing major was changed so we don't know why it
started doing this all of a sudden...
the link is www.lwvtexas.org
My knowledge is basic, but I am trying to read the HTML code to see if I can
recognize anything obvious but don't see anything (not to say that it isn't
obvious to the more experienced)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Looks OK to me.
it's actually a nice looking design.
one thing I noticed though; some of the graphics are very slow to load.
you may want to address this.

The only thing I see is that the content is too long to fit entirely
on the monitor, which is remedied on my part by tugging on the
vertical scroll bar to see the stuff on the bottom. This is normal.
You could tighten up your design by removing much of the white space
(additonal line breaks). Eventually you wil have a page that is too
long, though, so this is really not a significant issue. Scroll bars
on the browser solve this problem.

that is not being displayed: there are 3 document links below those logos
and below the Texas local league logo, there is a graphic higlighting
"Special Recognitions" which is also missing.

It cut it off actually pretty cleanly so it appears to be OK but is missing
more content.
What's wierd is that the green Donate square at the left-bottom and the
Webmaster info at the verybottom show up but what's missing is the info in
between.

Current League in the News

are still there. I even checked the source code between that logo
(allsponsors.jpg) and the text links and there's nothing else in the code.

This may not be the problem; but all that stuff is within Form tags and it
doesn't appear that it is intended to be a form...is it?...there's no form
fields, etc.

4) Most importantly your style sheet for the parent container (wrapping currentNews) has
OVERFLOW: hidden;
So anything that will not fit w/ be hidden!
Remove the OVERFLOW: hidden; from your CSS

it looks totally normal to me.
try this;
in Internet Explorer: Tools/ Internet Options (Delete Temporary Files/ Clear
History). See if that helps.

Also, take note of the previous message I gave you about file size on those
images. they're way too big and bogging down your page.
