FrontPage install

When I start up Outlook or an excel file my computer opens to Windows Installer and tyrs to install FrontPage. I get an error code of 1706 and it says to insert XP disk

How do I fix this? Help me!!!!
 
Does it say insert Office XP disk? Windows XP disk? It may be looking for
something set to "Install on first use" when Office XP was installed.
