Frontpage html

I am hiring a programmer to do my web-site. This person is only familiar
with Macromedia dreamweaver. So if this is done using dreamweaver, would I
be able to download the site into Frontpage 2003 and make changes using
Frontpage. I am only familiar with Frontpage and like using it.
Please let me know.

Yes...but...you'd be better off if you learned HTML AND DW if you're gonna
