frontpage help (shifting text) for jewelry website, discounts offered

I am a novice frontpage user. Every time i publish my site, although
everything looks in order on my site, on the internet everthing is
shifted and moved, my text and graphics simply are moved around,
sometimes on top of each other. How do i ensure that my site looks
exactly the way that I design it?
