frontpage guestbook

I would like to create a guestbook using frontpage 2003 that is similar in
appearance and function to the php type of guestbook. The only template
available asks for coments but does not add a space for name/email address. I
have tried using the user registration template but I don't want visitors to
have to create a password in order to use the site. I was hoping that others
would be able to "view" the guestbook and see the city/state/age/name/email
address of other visitors.
is this possible?
