frontpage extensions

I have set up a chat forum on my website. I cannot get the feedback forms to
run. What must I do? and where do I get FP extensions 2002 from? Thanks.

The FP extensions must be installed by the web host where your site is hosted, and then you have to
publish to the server via FP's http mode. The host must also configure the extensions to process
email from forms as well.
