FrontPage Express question

Hello all.

I've finally decided to replace my old computer, (running Win 98 1st ed.)
with a new one (with XP). Unfortunately, it means losing FrontPage Express
which I know I'm going to miss as I've used it so much over the months and
years.

I know there are still places where you can download the FP Ex. programme,
but what I'm asking is can I load it onto a PC which has Win XP? Would this
o/s be able to support it or do I have no other option than to purchase FP
2003?

I assume I'll be able to open and edit my FP Ex.-produced .HTM files with FP
2003?
 
Not Sure, probaly....FrontPage Express is bugy...Maybe
FrontPage 2002 will fit into budget? I've seen it for sale
under $80.
