Frontpage - Column Width

My Column width will not adjust. I click on the border, left click and select
Cell Properties, Cell formatting and when I change the width number it always
reverts back to the original. My original width was OK, but when i pasted
into the cell it changed.
 
Unless you have the cell set to a fixed width and not a % width, it will
always expand to the size of the content you place in it.
To prevent it from expanding, set it to a fixed width and make sure that if
what your placing into it is an image, that the image is not larger than the
size you have set.
