FrontPage cannot save this document because a file with the same name exists
at this location. Please enter a different name and try again.

Rename the file to a completely different name. This happens when you working with a Unix/Linux web
host where for example, index.htm and Index.htm are consider two different files, and under Windows
they are consider one and the same file.

I have renamed the file but any changes made to the webpage will not let me
save still. I don't want to have to keep renaming the homepage all the time.
I don't want to cause a problem when publishing the site.

and it still gives the same error. any other page other than the homepage is
fine when changes are made.

View Reports All files and find the duplicate file (w/ same name)
- use that file or delete it
