FrontPage as Default Web Design Tool

Please help.

I have used Macromedia Flash for a while before I decided to install
FrontPage yesterday to take advantage of iis simplified forms creation tool.
Now FrontPage appears to be my Default web design tool but I am no longer
able to run Flash files in Explorer.

How do I disable FrontPage as the default web design tool, while keeping it
installed on my hard drive.

Please help.
