Frontpage and Access Control Lists.

I need to open a hole in my ACL (firewall) to allow a
developer to upload pages to a web server. Does anybody
know if there is a virtual port that will allow this? The
only reference I could find on the MS site was to port 80
(already open) and 443 (already open).
