FrontPage 98

Loading FrontPage 98 on my computer (Compaq Desktop PC)
Using Windows ME
Webserver loads ok
When Frontpage fuly loads and trys to open Microsoft web
server, Error Code #1723.

It says I need a 32 bit TCP/IP Protocal. Last time I tried
this it messed up my internet connection.
 
Note: Windows ME is not designed to run any MS web server.
