FrontPage 2003 Trail Version

I've read that one can only load 4 copies of FP2005 Trail version. We are a
non-profit group teaching web authoring and would like to use FP2003 Trail
during the training period (4 days) and have the student, if they so choose,
activate their copies. I can't seem to find anyone at Microsoft that can
give me an answer about loading more than four copies...our class is about 20
students. I might mean 20 more users of FP, if all activate their copy. Can
anyone at Microsoft answer my query?

This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup, and if Microsoft can't help you, it's
doubtful that anyone here can.

How and whom did you try to contact at MS?

You might want to consider the "trial" version instead of
the "trail" version.

All kidding aside: I am guessing here but since many,
many folks using different PC's have downloaded the trial
version, I don't see why you could not load as many
copies as you have PC's.

You are aware that the trial version has a time limit on
it. It will stop functioning when this limit is up. If
you have a continuing need, you might want to
consider "teaching or student" versions. These are
usually available in the software stores as opposed to
the electronics stores that happen to sell software on
the side.

The Trail Version is different than the Trial Version.

The Trail Version is for web designers and developers who are always on
the move -- it can only be installed on laptops.
